I sold some old pieces of jewellery that had just been sitting in a drawer. Nothing was fancy or particularly valuable, but together they gave me a good budget to have a ring made, so I designed one. Dimond London had made various pieces for my family over 25 years ago, so it felt right to work with them again and I was able to track them down. I gave my design to Harry. A couple of weeks later I went to see a 3D model and had a fascinating chat about diamonds. The 3D print stayed on my finger until the actual ring was made! To say I was happy with the ring is an understatement. The quality and finish are amazing. I was so grateful to see the design come to life and loved every minute of the process. If you are thinking of having a ring made, I can wholeheartedly recommend Dimond London.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Harry. I came to him with a design in mind, which he then elevated into something I absolutely adore. I love vintage glamour, and I initially thought I wanted a brilliant-cut modern diamond simply because that was all I knew. But as we explored different options, we meandered into the world of Old European cut diamonds and I completely fell in love. Harry had a fantastic variety of stones on show at my first visit, in different sizes and shapes, and he patiently worked with me to tweak my original design until it became something that felt completely right. He was incredibly thoughtful and patient when it came to finding the perfect stone. His genuine excitement when he found the one gave me so much confidence that he had my best interests at heart. He was also very open with his knowledge and transparent about how we could move across the colour grading to achieve the exact look I wanted in terms of the band thickness vs the diamond diameter which I really appreciated. We nailed the proportions and stayed in budget. I learnt so much throughout the process that it has actually piqued my interest in gemstones. I’ve even booked myself onto a day course to explore and learn more! Excellent service from start to finish. Hatton Garden can feel quite intimidating when you’re a complete newbie, so I’m genuinely so happy I stumbled across Harry’s Instagram page. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

This is a third-generation family of diamond experts with an incredible legacy, and the moment you walk into their office you feel it. As someone based in the US, Harry made the entire custom design process effortless. He sourced loose stones, walked me through every cut and size, and educated me far beyond what any average jeweler would offer. We explored all kinds of creative ideas together until everything felt exactly right. He was endlessly patient, incredibly creative, and his 3D designs and mockups made the whole vision come alive in ways I never expected. My fiancée was absolutely over the moon. The best bespoke engagement ring experience I could have ever wished for. Harry is super competent, friendly and hands on. From diamond sourcing, designing and creating the actual ring, this was a 10/10 experience. I had a very unique/molten ring design in mind and Harry perfectly navigated me through the entire process of making a custom wax mould. He even gave me the opportunity to make the mould myself from scratch, and I am so glad I did. This made the entire experience so special and my now fiancée couldn’t be happier :) If you are looking for bespoke jewellery or an engagement ring with a comfortable process, trust me Harry is the one!

We had a brilliant experience creating my diamond engagement ring with Harry. He went above and beyond to source Old European Cut diamonds and one of them was exactly what we were hoping for, which is great because it is not easy to find these vintage stones and in our exact preferences. Additionally, Harry’s knowledge, care, and attention to detail throughout the whole process really stood out to me compared to other jewellers I had visited. I appreciated being involved every step of the way and sharing 3D designs throughout the process so we could make minor adjustments and perfect every detail before the ring was made. Couldn't have asked for a better experience choosing an engagement ring. Harry was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and was able to answer the many questions I had about different kinds of stones and design choices. He also made recommendations which I think really improved the design. The highlight was the 3d model of the ring which was made before the final ring design was chosen which really helped me visualise what it would look like.
